Benefits Agency - Disability Benefits Helpline |
Free phone service run by Dept of Social Security giving impartial & confidential information on all disability benefits. Weekdays 8.30am-6.30pm Sat 9am-1pm. Can issue letter supporting information given and either help the caller to complete a claim form or in some instances eg Attendance Allowance & Invalid Care Allowance, complete the form for the caller over the phone. |
