The Property Database
The property database comprises all properties submitted to the DPAA by individuals, estate and letting agents, landlords, housing associations and local authorities which have been adapted, are adaptable or accessible. We regularly revise and update property details held and, as with the client database, all confidential information is stored in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
The blank property database runs on Microsoft Access and categorises each property submitting according to the DPAA Categorisation system which is utilised by many housing providers Nationwide. The property database is available as a stand alone database for sale at £500 or £900* if combined with the client database and matching facility (cross-referencing). Database purchases include training for up to two staff for up to three hours.
The DPAA specialises in the storage and retrieval systems of property that has been adapted for or is accessible to physically disabled people. As a result of our expertise in this type of system we have been commissioned to develop databases for local authorities specifically for storage and retrieval of DFG property information.
