The DPAA Categorisation System
The DPAA have successfully developed the categorisation system which is used by various other local authorities and bodies Nationwide. The system simply categorises property according to its level of adaptation and/or accessibility and this formula has been tried and tested over many years now.
The DPAA Categorisation System is currently sold at £300.00* per organisation under licenses covering one year's full use and training and £50.00 per year thereafter for continued license in its use (this sum includes one extra staff training session per year to ensure continuity of understanding in the Categorisation System). Purchase of the DPAA Categorisation System includes the simple Microsoft Access Database for which a screenshot is included below (you will notice the open drop-down box listing tenure types). The initial price of £300.00 also includes up to three hours training into the employment of the Categorisation System and Database. Simple modification and inclusion of corporate logos and colours can be undertaken and no extra charge will be made if suitable compatible formats are available. This is NOT a cross-referencing database and is simply a method of storage and retrieval of categorised property, for cross-referencing databases see our property and client database pages.
