The Client Database
The client database comprises all applicants to the DPAA for adapted/adaptable/accessible housing in Kent. We regularly revise and update names held and all confidential information is stored in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
The client database (blank) runs on Microsoft Access as does the property database which uses the DPAA Categorisation system that is currently utilised by many housing providers Nationwide for storage and retrieval of property information. The client database is available as a stand alone database for sale at £500 or £900* if combined with the property database and matching facility. Database purchases include training for up to two staff for up to three hours.
